Police: New Hampshire man arrested after driving 134 mph while drunk on I-93
Cody Lang of Concord, New Hampshire, was pulled over around 1 a.m. on Sunday, police said.
A 25-year-old man was arrested early Sunday morning after state troopers say he driving 134 mph while drunk on Interstate 93 in New Hampshire. New Hampshire State Police said Cody Lang of Concord, New Hampshire, was pulled over around 1 a.m. on Sunday by Trooper Daniel Livingston after he was observed by the state trooper driving at “an extremely high rate of speed” in the interstate’s northbound lane in Bow. “An investigation revealed that the driver was intoxicated while operating his vehicle at such a speed,” state police said. In addition to speeding, Lang was charged with an aggravated DUI and released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Concord Circuit Court on Friday.
