What to know this week:

Here comes another one:

It’s less than two weeks until the beginning of spring, but another nor’easter is on the way. This one has the potential to dump more snow on the Boston area than either of the previous two storms. There’s still a wide range of outcomes, but the most likely result is that Boston gets a foot or more. Here are seven maps showing the predicted snowfall.

The storm is expected to start late Monday night, with precipitation continuing through Tuesday. Stay posted on the latest updates from local meteorologists and state agencies here.

For your snow day purposes: Here are the top five sledding spots in Boston, according to Ed Lyons, a local father who has famously visited 350 local parks.

If they have school Wednesday: The Boston Globe reports that students throughout the Greater Boston area are participating in a nationally coordinated walkout Wednesday against gun violence following the school shooting that killed 17 people last month in Parkland, Florida. Students plan to leave their classes at 10 a.m. for 17 minutes in honor of the Parkland victims.

Speaking of which: Mayor Marty Walsh, Sen. Ed Markey, Police Commissioner William Evans, and other local police chiefs and gun safety advocates are getting together Monday to promote new federal gun legislation that would incentivize states to adopt gun laws similar to those in Massachusetts.

Patriots players taking on the NFL: According to the Globe, 342 former Patriots players — including nearly half of the players who were on the team’s first three Super Bowl-winning teams — are suing the NFL and its official helmet maker in a class-action lawsuit over brain injuries they suffered on the job. You can read the name of every single former Patriots player involved in the case here.

St. Patrick’s Day weekend: The historic South Boston St. Patrick’s Day Parade returns Sunday to once again line the neighborhood’s streets with green. Southie’s St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast, an annual tradition of bad jokes, also returns Sunday, this time with a new host: Rep. Stephen Lynch.

What you missed over the weekend:

Not running for president — right now:

Sen. Elizabeth Warren made the rounds on the Sunday talk shows to discuss policy and was repeatedly pressed on whether she’ll run for president in 2020. The Massachusetts senator insisted she has no intention to run, but she wouldn’t explicitly commit to serving her full six-year term if reelected this November. Also of note: Warren’s Meet the Press interview got particularly contentious at times.

A California shooting victim had local ties: Christine Loeber, one of the three women killed Friday at a California veterans home, was a University of New Hampshire and Boston College graduate and a former NECN employee. The Easton native was remembered as “delightful, intelligent, outgoing, charming” social worker awash with friends, the Associated Press reports.

Meet the new guy: The Cleveland Browns made another trade to cap off their 24-hour flurry — this time with the Patriots. In return for a 2019 third-round draft pick, New England received defensive end Danny Shelton, a young former first-round pick who was once compared to Vince Wilfork.

Prepare for pie: Pi Day is Wednesday. The Museum of Science got off to an early start celebrating.

What’s happening in Boston:

Epic food crawl:

Two local chefs have organized a nightly food crawl of the three of the area’s acclaimed restaurants: South End tapas spot Toro, South End Italian enoteca Coppa, and Cambridge small plates destination Little Donkey. Diners get two food courses (for $165) or three food courses (for $175), as well as dessert, drinks, and car rides between the restaurants.

Shipping up to Boston: Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, the Dropkick Murphys are making their annual hometown run with concerts Thursday through Sunday at the House of Blues — including a rare acoustic show Saturday.

What else to hear: Touring on their fourth album, the Wesleyan-bred electro-pop duo MGMT will make a stop Friday at The Orpheum, while local songwriter Ellen Kempner and her band Palehound hit it off at The Sinclair in Cambridge.
