Mark Zuckerberg: ‘Mom, I always told you I’d come back and get my degree’

Mark Zuckerberg finally has his degree from Harvard.

The Facebook co-founder and CEO, who is slated to give the commencement address to Harvard’s Class of 2017 this afternoon, was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws during the Thursday morning ceremonies.

Zuckerberg, who dropped out of Harvard 11 years ago, updated his degree status on Facebook with a photo of himself and his parents.

“Mom, I always told you I’d come back and get my degree,” the billionaire wrote.
