After 20 years on the run, alleged Quincy con man caught in Florida

Scott Wolas’s long run is finally over.

Wolas, a former Quincy real estate broker who allegedly defrauded at least 19 Massachusetts residents and has been a fugitive from law enforcement authorities in several states for the past 20 years, was arrested Friday in Delray Beach, Fla., by the FBI and Quincy Police, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office in Boston.
