Quadruplet brothers score admissions to Harvard, Yale
A prestigious group of quadruplet brothers from Ohio all got accepted to both Harvard and Yale universities – and found out while they were at track practice together.According to The Washington Post, the four Wade brothers from Liberty Township, Ohio — Nigel, Zach, Aaron, and Nick — have quite a few options for next fall to choose from. The quadruplets have racked up acceptances at Duke, Georgetown, Stanford, Johns Hopkins, and Cornell, among others, according to the Post. “The outcome has shocked us,” Aaron Wade told the newspaper. “We didn’t go into this thinking, ‘Oh, we’re going to apply to all these schools and get into all of them.’ It wasn’t so much about the prestige or so much about the name as it was — it was important that we each find a school where we think that we’ll thrive, and where we think that we’ll contribute.”Harvard accepted 2,056 students out of a pool of nearly 40,000 applications, according to the Harvard Crimson.Read the full story at the Post.
