Truck driver to face charges for Milton crash

The driver of a tractor trailer that rolled over on the Southeast Expressway early Thursday is being charged with operating under the influence, State Police said.

The driver, whose name was not immediately released, lost control of the tractor trailer while travelling southbound near the Squantum Street off-ramp in Milton around 1:30 a.m, officials said. The crash knocked down at least one utility pole, damaged the guardrail, and blocked the ramp.
