14-month-old dies after being struck by car in Mashpee

A 14-month-old boy died Friday evening after being struck by a car in Mashpee, according to the town’s police chief.

Mashpee police responded just before 5:30 p.m. to a call for a young child hit by a car on Coombs Lane, Mashpee Police Chief Scott Carline said.
