Concord police investigate Jewish hate speech incident
Concord police are investigating a report of hate speech by a man who allegedly made derogatory comments about Jewish people outside a restaurant that was hosting a Bar Mitzvah reception.
The incident happened at around 3 p.m. on Saturday outside a restaurant on Elm Street, police said in a statement.
