Man who was killed by officers fought with EMTs, police say
The Suffolk District Attorney’s office is investigating an officer-involved shooting in the South End early Sunday that left a man dead.
Speaking with the media at the scene on Shawmut Avenue early Sunday, Boston Police Commissioner William Evans said the man swung repeatedly at police with a knife.
