Wrongful death lawsuit filed in fatal crash into Newton restaurant
The husband of a woman killed in March when an SUV plowed into a Newton restaurant has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the driver.
George Miele, of Watertown, the husband of the late Eleanor Miele, 57, filed the lawsuit against Bradford Casler last week in Middlesex Superior Court, records show.
