1 injured in Dorchester shooting
Boston police are investigating a shooting that injured a young man Monday evening. Police said officers responded to the scene near 140 Welles Ave. just before 9 p.m. The 24-year-old victim was transported to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
