Boston police released surveillance footage Wednesday of a man wanted in connection to an attempted sexual assault that took place over the weekend in Mission Hill.

Police said officers responded to the report on Saturday around 1:38 p.m. The woman told police that a man approached her from behind near Kevin Fitzgerald Park on Saint Alphonsus Street and fled the scene after pushing her to the ground and attempting to sexually assault her.
Police said the suspect, who they described as being in his late 20s, was later seen riding a mountain bike towards Huntington Avenue.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 617-343-4400.
