Maine Gov. Paul LePage released the 3-ring binder Monday that he previously said shows most of the alleged drug dealers arrested in the state are black or Hispanic, the Portland Press Herald reports.

According to the Press Herald, the 148-page binder contained an assortment of drug-related crime news, including booking mugshots, press releases, and media reports, with some handwritten notes by LePage. Photos in the book show suspects of a variety of races, according to the Press Herald.
During a town hall meeting in August, LePage said the binder he maintained showed more than 90 percent of those arrested were either black or Hispanic from out of state.
A day later, responding to criticism of his comments, LePage left an obscenity-filled voicemail for a state legislator.
LePage faced similar accusations of racism in January when he said that drugs arriving in Maine were being brought in by “guys with the name D-Money, Smoothie, Shifty” from Connecticut and New York, and those dealers then impregnated “young, white” girls.
