Man dies after being pulled from waters at Rhode Island beach
NARRAGANSETT, R.I. (AP) — A man who was pulled from the waters off the Rhode Island coast has died.
Police in Narragansett said a 31-year-old Texas man was unresponsive when first responders arrived at Town Beach shortly after noon on Friday. He was later pronounced dead at South County Hospital.
The man’s name was not immediately released.
Investigators say foul play is not suspected.
