Semi-truck crashes and pulls five utility poles down in Newburyport
A semi-truck crashed and pulled down five utility poles Tuesday in Newburyport, police said in a statement.
Around 12:20 p.m., officers responded to the area of Low Street at the intersection of Zabriskie Drive for a report of a crash.
Police said a semi-truck was traveling on Low Street when it got stuck on a utility pole wire, pulling down the pole and four others. Wires from the utility poles fell on four other cars but no one was injured, according to police.
