3 arrested after car windows shattered by BB gunfire in Dorchester
Boston police arrested a teen and two men in their 20s Friday who allegedly fired pellet guns at parked cars in Dorchester, shattering the windows.Police said Franck Jules, 29, of Mattapan, was charged with contributing to delinquency of a minor, destruction of personal property, and receiving stolen property. Robserson Jacques, 20, also of Mattapan, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and receiving stolen property.A 16-year-old boy from Randolph was charged with destruction of personal property and possessing a BB gun while under the age of 18, according to police.Officers received a report around 1:20 a.m. that a white SUV was traveling down Mildred Avenue firing a weapon at parked cars, causing damage. Police said the vehicle was later located at a gas station near Washington Street and Gallivan Boulevard. The officers found four pellet guns in the SUV and discovered that both the vehicle and its license plates had been recently reported stolen in separate incidents, according to police. Police said all three occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody and charged in Dorchester District Court.
