Family of woman who fell from party bus: ‘There’s more to the story’
The family of a woman who died after falling from a party bus window is looking for answers, reports The Boston Globe.

Tracy Paniagua died in accident involving party bus.
Tracy Paniagua, 26, was on a party bus Saturday night with her friends when she fell out a window and onto McClellan Highway in East Boston, authorities say. Relatives said they were told by an investigator that she was then struck by another vehicle. The incident happened at 2:25 a.m.
The company that owns the bus, Entourage Livery, said two passengers fell out of the window and the second passenger was injured.
“We feel that there’s more to the story. The window is not going to just collapse, especially out of a bus, just because,” Paniagua’s sister Evelyn Paniagua told the Globe. “For me, my sister’s dead. Whatever we do, whatever we say is not going to bring her back. But we strongly believe that it was negligent on the company and the bus.”
“We definitely don’t believe we were negligent,” Tom Estrella, sales manager for the bus company, told the Globe.
