96-year-old man dies in Berlin crash
A 96-year-old man died Sunday after he crashed on an Interstate 495 ramp in Berlin, Massachusetts State Police said.
The man, who lived in Berlin, struck a rock wall adjacent to the on-ramp at exit 26 at around 3:20 p.m., according to a statement. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The ramp was closed for about an hour as police investigated the crash.
