Transit police said an officer on patrol at the MBTA’s Back Bay station was informed around 10:30 a.m. that a man had entered the women’s bathroom.
According to police, a woman told the officer that once inside the bathroom the man pulled down his pants, exposed himself to her, and then began to urinate into the sink stating, “This is a man’s bathroom now!”
The officer was directed to the man, later identified as 28-year-old Taha Hamid, who was seen exiting the bathroom and he was arrested.
Police said Hamid will be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court. Attorney information for Hamid was not immediately available.
