Pilot captures bloody scene of shark eating seal off Chatham
A spotter pilot captured a bloody scene off the coast of Chatham as a shark ate its lunch Monday.
The “dramatic predation images,” taken by pilot Wayne Davis for the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy, showed the white shark eating the grey seal not far from the shore of the Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge.
