Man arrested after allegedly recording girls changing in Target dressing room
A 22-year-old man accused of recording girls while they changed in a Target dressing room was arrested Thursday.

Bedford, New Hampshire police said in a statement that the suspect fled from the area when officers responded to the store on South River Road Wednesday night. He was later identified by police with help from the store’s loss prevention officers as Zachery Bishop, of Raymond, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Police said Bishop surrendered himself on the warrant and has been charged with violation of privacy. He was arraigned Friday in Merrimack District Court and is being held on 2,000 cash bail, according to police.
