Mega Millions jackpot up to $333 million

How about $333 million? That’s the prize up for grabs if you buy the winning ticket for Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing. It’s the highest drawing since March 2014, when a $414 jackpot was hit, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery.
The cash option for the prize is an estimated $226 million.
The pot has been growing for 29 consecutive drawings without a top prize winner. It was last hit on March 8.
If you don’t hit the Mega Millions, take heart. You can try for the $184 million Powerball jackpot on Wednesday.
