Regular service resumes on Orange Line following medical emergency at Haymarket
Regular service has resumed on the Orange Line after an earlier medical emergency at Haymarket Station disrupted trains Thursday evening.
A MBTA spokesperson said a man, who officials believe was intoxicated, was urinating in the northbound track area around 6 p.m. when he “fell into the pit.”
Power was shut off to the tracks while emergency personnel worked to stabilize and remove the man from the tracks.
