Watch wind speeds hit 109 mph on Mount Washington

It might’ve been unseasonably windy in Boston Monday morning, but conditions in the city didn’t come close to the wintry weather on Mount Washington’s observation deck.
The Mount Washington Observatory recorded blustery wind speeds of 109 mph Monday. Weather observers at the North Conway, New Hampshire, outpost also saw three inches of snow and a wind chill of nearly -20 degrees.
