As a result of the crash, a 24-year-old unnamed pregnant woman was taken by helicopter to Boston. She is in critical condition at Massachusetts General Hospital, according to the DA’s office.
“We are alleging that it was an intentional act,” said Carrie Kimball-Monahan at the DA’s office about the accident.
The woman was driving a Jeep Cherokee. A passenger in her car, a unidentified man, suffered minor injuries.
