2-alarm fire rips through old Anthony’s Pier 4 site
Firefighters put out a blaze at the demolition site of the iconic Anthony’s Pier 4 restaurant in the Seaport early Monday morning, Boston Fire Department said.
The 2-alarm fire burned on the water side of the partially demolished building, according to Boston Fire. One firefighter was treated for an ankle injury.

Anthony’s Pier 4 restaurant enjoyed a half-century as a local institution before it closed in 2013. Demolition began last week to make way for a planned park and residential building.
