Boston municipal courthouse briefly evacuated due to bomb threat
Boston Municipal Court was briefly evacuated Monday due to a bomb threat received around 10:45 a.m.
As a precaution, the courthouse was evacuated as firefighters and a bomb squad responded to the scene, according to a Trial Court Security Department spokeswoman.
Boston police notified courthouse security at noon that staff could safely reenter the building, the department said.
