Police: A 76-year-old man hit by a car in Natick suffered serious injuries
A 76-year-old man struck by a car while crossing a street in Natick was taken by medical helicopter to the hospital Monday night.
A 19-year-old driver in a Honda Accord hit the man as he crossed Mill Street around 6:15 p.m., according to a police statement.
The elderly pedestrian was “seriously injured,’’ said police.
Police say the driver, who has not been named, did stop after the accident and speed does not appear to be a factor.
No charges have been filed at this time and the accident is under investigation.
