Watch water turn instantly to ice as it hits the air
Yup, it’s that cold.
While record-setting winter cold might not seem like any fun, some are taking advantage of the subzero temperatures on this chilly Valentine’s Day.
Across the state, people are throwing water into the air and watching as it instantly turns to ice — a nifty trick only possible in the coldest of conditions. Of course, some of the best efforts have made their way onto Twitter.

These weren’t the only tricks brought on by the cold — steam rose off Boston Harbor Sunday, making even the harbor look toasty and warm compared to the air above it.
