13 injured in Framingham school bus crash
Thirteen people were injured when a vehicle collided with a school bus in Framingham Thursday afternoon, according to the Framingham Fire Department.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Edgell and Lyman roads as the bus was driving students from Dunning Elementary School home around 4 p.m., a spokesman for the fire department told Boston.com. The injured included 12 students as well as the driver of the vehicle that struck the bus, he said.
All injuries sustained were minor. Eight students were transported to Framingham Union Hospital, and four others were taken to Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick, according to the fire department.
