Firefighters battle blaze in Brookline
Firefighters in Brookline knocked down a fire on Alton Place Thursday morning.
There were no immediate reports of any injuries as a result of the fire, according to the Brookline Fire Department.

A portion of nearby Harvard Street was blocked off as a result of the fire, the department said.
