Plainville police are looking for the owner of this lost wedding ring
Were you married in 1974?
If you are from the Plainville area, married in 1974, and your wedding ring has gone missing, the police would like to hear from you.
Someone at the Plainville TJ Maxx found a 14-karat gold wedding band Dec. 30 and brought it to the police station.
“There are initials engraved on the inside ‘A.J. to D.B.’ and a date of ‘Nov. 27, ‘74,’’ the Plainville Police Department wrote in a statement.
Police are asking anyone with information about the ring’s owner to call the station at 508-809-5554.
