Rolled over truck that snarled Charlestown traffic has been cleared
A box truck rollover crash snarled several lanes of traffic on Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown on Thursday morning.
The crash temporarily shut down Exit 28 on I-93 North, Massachusetts State Police said. It has since been reopened, and the scene has been cleared, officials said.
