Sav-Mor Liquors selects winning slogan in sign competition
Sav-Mor Liquors, the local liquor store chain known for the witty slogans that grace its signs, has selected a winner in its first sign contest.
On Tuesday, Sav-Mor announced that Kristin A. of Somerville won the sweepstakes with her submission, “This is th winning swpstaks ntry.’’

Copying the store’s name by omitting the e’s made Kristin the grand prize winner. In addition to seeing her slogan on the legendary signs, Kristin will receive a VIP Brewery Experience at Samuel Adams Brewery.
