Watch this Nashua mayoral candidate go ‘Downtown’ in this Macklemore parody
Nashua, N.H. mayoral candidate Chris Williams harnessed the musical stylings of hip-hop artist Macklemore for a new campaign video.

In a shot-for-shot remake of Macklemore’s new single, “Downtown,’’ Williams mopeds around Nashua in a hoodie with a cohort of Bruins jersey-clad riders, and even defaces one of his own campaign posters – because he’s cool like that.
The video even has a pretty sweet drone shot of the town.
Still, a rapper known for singing about civil rights is a pretty apt choice of soundtrack for a politician whose campaign slogan is “Move Nashua Forward.’’
The Nashua mayoral election is Tuesday November 3.
