Martha Coakley to serve as DraftKings adviser
DraftKings, the Boston-based daily fantasy sports company currently combating a number of legal inquiries from officials, has hired former Massachusetts attorney general Martha Coakley as an adviser, a company spokesman told The Boston Globe.
The spokesman confirmed to the Globe that Coakley, a former Democratic candidate for governor and senator, will serve as an “outside adviser on legislative and regulatory matters.’’ However, DraftKings has not provided the specific details of her role.
