It’s already snowing on Mount Washington
Well, Boston, apparently it’s already that time of year again.
With temperatures expected to drop below freezing and snow starting to make its way back into the forecast, it’s becoming harder to deny that winter is in fact returning to New England. Some ski resorts are making snow to open the slopes early next week, and on some mountains, snow is already upon us.
The Mount Washington Observatory posted a photo early Saturday morning of the icy situation on the summit to Instagram. On Saturday afternoon, it was 17 degrees with a windchill of negative 7, according to the Observatory’s website.
