Transit Police Officer Jennifer Garvey—the same woman being sued by a Roxbury woman who claims Garvey assaulted and pepper sprayed her—was arrested on assault and resisting arrest charges at a country music concert Friday night, according to The Boston Globe.

Garvey was first arrested for disorderly conduct after arguing with security staff, Foxborough’s police chief told the Globe. She then allegedly assaulted another woman while in a temporary holding cell, police said. Garvey was charged with two counts of assault and battery, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

She pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on personal recognizance, the Globe reports.

The incident where Garvey assaulted a Roxbury woman occurred more than a year ago, and was caught on video at the MBTA station. Garvey is currently on paid leave awaiting a disciplinary hearing for her January 2015 arrest on charges of domestic violence.
