Mass. postal worker hits lottery jackpot the day after his wedding

A postal worker from Raynham won a $4 million jackpot from the Massachusetts State Lottery, just one day after getting married, The Boston Globe reports.

Timothy Sullivan and his new wife Tanya collected the cash prize Friday, which after taxes totalled $2.6 million, according to the Globe.

Sullivan bought the $10 “100X The Cash’’ ticket on his way to work, the Globe reports. With the winnings, he plans to take his wife on a honeymoon, buy two cars, pay off student loans, and build an “oasis’’ in his backyard.
