Massachusetts schools are the best
Most report cards were delivered a long time ago, but a newly released ranking shows Massachusetts is at the top of the class when it comes to school systems.
WalletHub ranked all of the school systems nationwide after analyzing 13 metrics, which ranged from the rate of bullying incidents to pupil-teacher ratio.
Even though Massachusetts ranked second in overall school system quality (Colorado was No. 1), it ranked first in safety. The Massachusetts school systems also ranked first in both math and reading scores. All of the high scores brought Massachusetts to the number one spot.
You can see how Massachusetts ranked in other areas, such as SAT scores and dropout rate, on the WalletHub site.
