The Rivers family just wanted to to buy a car. They didn’t realized they’d need to bring a saw with them.

Just after the family pulled into the Bill DeLuca dealership in Haverhill, the staff left for the night, locking the gate behind them, FOX 25 reported. The family called the police, who told them someone would arrive in 20 minutes. So they waited. And waited. After three hours, they borrowed a Sawzall from a construction crew down the street and took the lock off the gate themselves.

The keys? They were inside the dealership the whole time.
