Aaron Hernandez is in prison, but he’s still getting in trouble, according to CNN.

The convicted murderer got mixed up in a prison fight, according to the cable news channel. A source told CNN that Hernandez acted as lookout while another inmate entered a third prisoner’s cell at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Shirley.

Department of Corrections spokesman Darren Duarte told Boston.com he was not allowed to divulge information on current inmates.

All three men are being disciplined according to the report. This isn’t the first time Hernandez has gotten into trouble since being behind bars: He fought with a detainee at the Bristol County jail prior to his murder trial.
