Newly Released Photos Show Aftermath of Watertown Shootout
Forensic testimony was the focus of day 10 of the trial of accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, and newly released evidence photos presented to jurors Thursday show the aftermath of the Watertown shootout.
FBI agent Brian Corcoran testified that pieces of the pipe and pressure-cooker bombs thrown during the shootout were found in a variety of places, including roofs, walls, lawns, driveways, streets, and even a children’s hockey net, where the lid of a pressure cooker landed. The rest of the device went the opposite direction and embedded in a car, he said.
