Man Struck, Killed by Train in MBTA Yard
A man was killed after being struck by an MBTA train Sunday night, according to the MBTA Transit Police. Police responded to the call at the MBTA’s Cabot Yard on Dorchester Avenue around 5:47 p.m.
Transit police said a 25-year-old man was trespassing on the main track bed when he was struck by a train. The incident is being investigated by police and the Suffolk County DA’s Office, but officials said foul play is not suspected.
