Watertown Man Dies From Injuries After Being Struck by Car
The 78-year-old man was hit by a car in Watertown on March 3.
A Watertown man has died overnight from his injuries after being struck by a car on March 3, according to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.
Arthur Bourgoin, 78, was crossing the street close to the MBTA bus stop near the intersection of Arsenal Street and Beechwood Avenue in Watertown when he was hit, authorities said. Bourgoin, who was visually impaired, was a volunteer at the Perkins School for the Blind.
Police questioned the driver who allegedly struck Bourgoin, and the incident is still under investigation by Watertown Police and State Police.
