Woman Struck by Freight Train in Norwood
A woman was struck by a freight train at Norwood Central late Monday morning, according to MBTA Transit Police.

Police said the woman, who is about 50, was struck by a southbound CSX train while trespassing on track 2, and she was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. MBTA Transit Police are investigating the incident.
