Boston Has Reached Peak Snow Mess

Do we have to start digging tunnels?

This weekend’s storm made the past month Boston’s snowiest on record, and the post-holiday morning commute another tough one. There seems to be no end in sight to the struggle, as the MBTA announced Monday it may operate on a limited schedule for the next 30 days.

With snow melters raging and slick roads packed with commuters, national media outlets joined local ones in covering the mess, adding snow-frolicking reporters to the madness:
