Update, Feb. 8: Bill Cosby’s Sunday shows at the Wilbur have been cancelled due to weather.

Update: The Wilbur Theatre is no longer offering refunds to Cosby ticketholders uncomfortable with the allegations surrounding the comedian, according to several ticketholders.

While the Wilbur Theatre would not comment on its reversal to Boston.com, ticketholder Jim Ludes said he was told at the box office that refunds were no longer being provided.

“[The] Box Office said if we had called before today, they would have [offered a refund],’’ Ludes tweeted. “When asked how they announced previous refunds, they said they had not, just did it if people called.’’

Original story: The Wilbur Theatre will provide refunds for ticketholders no longer interested in attending Bill Cosby’s Boston performances this Sunday.

A representative for the Wilbur told Boston.com those hesitant about attending the show can contact the theater for a refund. They added that they “didn’t have a comment’’ on whether the offer was for all its shows or if it was a one-time accomodation due to the allegations surrounding Cosby.

Other ticket holders turned to Craigslist to sell their seats for the performance, with some saying the numerous allegations of sexual abuse have soured their opinions of the legendary comedian.

One Craigslist poster was particularly adamant, offering two tickets to Cosby’s show in exchange for a donation to a local rape crisis center.

“These tickets are Section B, section 15 and retail for $97 each,’’ he wrote. “I have no interest in profiting off of this misogynistic douche bag and will happily send the PDF tickets to anyone willing to donate $150 to the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center.’’
