Arlington Police Seek Suspect in Alleged Sexual Assault
The Arlington Police department is searching for a man involved in an alleged sexual assault that took place Sunday at the Cambridge/Arlington border.
The alleged assault took place in broad daylight between 2 and 3 p.m. in a wooded area behind the Alewife Brook Reservation, according to Police Chief Frederick Ryan.
Police have provided a composite sketch of the suspect, who was described as a “Hispanic male in his 20s, about 5’5’’ tall and 150 pounds’’ with “braided hair and brown eyes.’’ He was believed to have been wearing black boots, black corduroy pants with a red canvas belt, a blue beanie hat with snowflakes, and a dark blue jacket with a gray plaid pullover collar visible underneath.
