Woman Struck, Killed by MBTA Train in Attleboro
A woman was struck and killed by an MBTA commuter train around 9 a.m. in Attleboro Saturday.
Transit police said the woman — described as white and approximately 34 years old — was trespassing on the tracks when she was struck by an outbound train on track 3.
Detectives from that agency and representatives from the Bristol County District Attorney’s are investigating circumstances of her death.
The victim’s name has not yet been released by police.
